Custom Tattoo Form

Danica charges a flat $150 per hour for custom designs, with a minimum of $100- meaning any appointment less than 1 hour will be $100 for material cost. Please fill out this form as clearly as possible to help us better understand your idea! *required

We will answer your inquiry via email within 5 days. We will provide you with an estimate or price quote based on the information you provide. In some cases, we may request additional information before providing you with a quote, or an in person consultation may be necessary if possible.
